ActiveX problem

I downloaded Jim Kitchen's game menu and a few games yesterday. I played them, and everything was fine. then I installed life version two and after that, life wouldnt' work. All his other games work, just not that one. I tried re-installing it and re-installing the game menu, but it's not having it. I keep getting:

Run-time error '429':
ActiveX component can't create object
OK
Anyone any ideas?
